【摘要】:ThispartofISO/IEC8859specifiesasetof191codedgraphiccharactersidentifiedasLatinalphabetNo.8(Celtic).Thissetofcodedgraphiccharactersisintendedforuseindataandtextprocessingapplicationsandalsoforinformationinterchange.Thesetcontainsgraphiccharactersusedforgeneralpurposeapplicationsintypicalofficeenvironmentsinatleastthefollowinglanguages:Albanian,Basque,Breton,Catalan,Cornish,Danish,Dutch,English,French(withrestrictions,seeAnnexA.1,Notes),Frisian,Galician,German,Greenlandic,IrishGaelic(oldandnewortho-graphies),Italian,Latin,Luxemburgish,ManxGaelic,Norwegian,Portuguese,Rhaeto-Romanic,ScottishGaelic,Spanish,Swedish,andWelsh.Thissetofcodedgraphiccharactersmayberegardedasaversionofan8-bitcodeaccordingtoISO/IEC2022orISO/IEC4873atlevel1.ThispartofISO/IEC8859maynotbeusedinconjunctionwithanyotherpartsofISO/IEC8859.Ifcodedcharactersfrommorethanonepartaretobeusedtogether,bymeansofcodeextensiontechniques,theequivalentcodedcharactersetsfromISO/IEC10367shouldbeusedinsteadwithinaversionofISO/IEC4873atlevel2orlevel3.ThecodedcharactersinthissetmaybeusedinconjunctionwithcodedcontrolfunctionsselectedfromISO/IEC6429.However,controlfunctionsarenotusedtocreatecompositegraphicsymbolsfromtwoormoregraphiccharacters(seeclause6).NOTE-ISO/IEC8859isnotintendedforusewithTelematicservicesdefinedbyITU-T.IfinformationcodedaccordingtoISO/IEC8859istobetransferredtosuchservices,itwillhavetoconformtotherequirementsofthoseservicesattheaccess-point.

【摘要】:VarioususersdesireindicationofcompliancewithVMAspecificationsforhotmixasphalt(HMA)duringproduction.ThestandardpracticefordeterminingVMArequiresthatthebulkspecificgravityoftheaggregatecomponentsbedetermined.Thisisaverytimeconsumingtest,whichisnotsuitableforroutineQCprocedures.Whenanaggregatesourceusedinthemixhasahighlyvariablebulkspecificgravityandareferenceaveragebulkspecificgravity(Gsb)(forexample,asestablishedinthemixdesign)isusedtocalculateVMAduringHMAproduction,erroneousvaluesmayoccur.Thetestformaximumspecificgravityofthemix(Gmm)isaroutineQCtestatHMAplants.Theeffectivespecificgravityoftheaggregatecomponents(Gse)canbeeasilycalculatedfromthistest.HowevertheGsedoesnottakeintoaccounttheamountofasphaltabsorbed,whichisrequiredforaccurateVMAdetermination.ThismethodprovidesameanstocorrecttheGsetoaccountfortheaverageabsorbedasphalt.Thisprocedureshouldnotbeusedifthepercentwaterabsorptionofthetotal(combined)aggregatesvariesbetweenfourtests,randomlyobtainedovera30dayperiod,bymorethan0.4%.1.1Thistestmethodisintendedtobeusedforarapidfielddeterminationofvoidsinmineralaggregate(VMA)ofhotmixasphalt(HMA).ItprovidesequationsforcalculatingtheVMAbasedontheasphaltcontentofthemixanditsmaximumspecificgravity(Gmm).Itisintendedthatthisshouldbeusedfortherapid"field"determinationofVMAduringQualityControl(QC)operationsatHMAplants,particularlywherethespecificgravityoftheaggregateishighlyvariable.1.2Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
