【摘要】:1ThisInternationalStandardspecifiestherequirementsforcouplingsforthetransmissionofpowerbetweentherotatingshaftsoftwomachinesforserviceinspecialpurposeapplicationsinthepetroleumandnaturalgasindustries.Suchapplicationswilltypicallybeinlargeand/orhighspeedmachinesinservicesthatmayberequiredtooperatecontinuouslyforextendedperiods,areoftenunsparedandarecriticaltothecontinuedoperationoftheinstallation.Byagreement,itmaybeusedtoapplytootherservices.NOTECouplingsforgeneralpurpose,lesscriticalapplicationsarecoveredinISO14691.2CouplingscoveredbythisInternationalStandardaredesignedtoaccommodateparallel(orlateral)offset,angularmisalignmentandaxialdisplacementoftheshaftswithoutimposingunacceptablemechanicalloadingonthecoupledmachines.Itisapplicabletogear,metallicflexible-element,quillshaftandtorsionallyresilient-typecouplings.Itisnotapplicabletoothertypes,suchasclutch,hydraulic,eddy-current,rigid,radialspline,chainandbellowstypes.3ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletothedesign,materialsofconstruction,manufacturingquality,inspectionandtestingofcouplings.Itdoesnotincludecriteriafortheselectionofcouplingtypesforspecificapplications.NOTEItisstronglyrecommendedthat,whenusersfitnewcouplingstoexistingequipment,whicharedifferentfromthoseoriginallyfitted,theyconsultthevendorwhooriginallyhadunitresponsibiltyfortheequipmenttrain,toensureproperapplicationofthisInternationalStandard.Itwillgenerallybenecessarytorecalculatetherotordynamicsofthetrain.
