【摘要】:Shouldafireoccurinwhichoccupantsareexposedtofireeffluentand/orheat,theobjectiveofthefiresafetyengineeringstrategyistoensurethatsuchexposuredoesnotsignificantlyimpedeorpreventthesafeescape(ifrequired)ofessentiallyalloccupants,withouttheirexperiencingordevelopingserioushealtheffects.ThispartofISO13387isintendedtoprovideguidancetodesigners,regulatorsandfiresafetyprofessionalsontheengineeringmethodsavailabletoevaluatethelocationandconditionoftheoccupantsofabuildingexposedtoafire.ThispartofISO13387addressestheassumptionsthatunderliethebasicprinciplesofdesigningforlifesafetyandprovidesguidanceontheprocesses,assessmentsandcalculationsnecessarytodeterminethelocationandconditionoftheoccupantsofthebuilding,withrespecttotime.ThispartofISO13387alsoprovidesaframeworkforreviewingthesuitabilityofanengineeringmethodforassessingthelifesafetypotentialofabuildingforitsoccupants.
