【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardisapartofthefunctionalrequirementsforthePrivateIntegratedServicesNetwork(PISN)anddefinesthefunctionsandproceduresthatarerequiredbyPrivateIntegratedServicesNetworkexchanges(PINXs)andtheinterveningnetwork(IVN)inordertoestablishInter-PINXConnections(IPC).TheIPCisusedforthetransferofsignallinganduserinformationbetweenPINXs.ThePrivateSignallingSystemNo.l(PSS1)asdefinedinISO/IEC11572and11574definesthesignallingproceduresandprotocolforcallcontrolbetweenPINXsattheQreferencepoint.TheseproceduresareindependentofthetypesofIVNs,calledscenariosusedtointerconnectthePINXs.ISO/IECTR14475describestheuseofvarioustypesofIVNswhichprovidetheinterconnectionsofPINXs.InordertoconnectaPINXtoanotherPINX,mappingfunctionsarerequiredtoadaptthespecificinterfacesattheCreferencepointtotheapplicationattheQreferencepoint.Assuch,mappingfunctionsprovideforphysicaladaptationtotheinterfaceattheCreferencepoint.MappingfunctionsalsoprovideforthemappingofuserchannelsandsignallinginformationattheQreferencepointtotheappropriatechannelsortime-slotsattheCreferencepoint.TheCandQreferencepointsaredefinedinISO/IEC11579-1.ThetypesofinterfacesattheCreferencepointcoveredbythisInternationalStandardare:[1]1544kbit/sunstructureddigitalleasedline[2]1544kbit/sstructureddigitalleasedline[3]2048kbit/sunstructureddigitalleasedline[4]2048kbit/sstructureddigitalleasedline[5]64kbit/sunrestricteddigitalleasedline[6]1544kbit/sISDNPrimaryRateuser-networklayer1interface[7]2048kbit/sISDNPrimaryRateuser-networklayer1interface[8]ISDNBasicRateuser-networklayer1interfaceAttheQreferencepointthemappingsprovidea64kbit/sserviceforuserchannelsandapacketmodeserviceforthesignallingchannel.Theappliedmappingisastaticmapping,i.e.thereisafixedrelationshipbetweenuserandsignallingchannelsattheQreferencepointandthetimeslotsoftheinterfaceattheCreferencepoint.Anychangesaresubjecttoadministrativeactions.ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesPINXmappingfunctionsbetweentheQreferencepointandtheCreferencepointforIVNswhichprovideeitherdedicatedorsemi-permanent,non-useractivation,circuit-modeIPCs.ThededicatedIPCistheconnectionpermanentlyestablished,usuallyforthedurationofacontractualperiod.Thesemi-permanentIPCistheconnectionwhoseresourcesarereservedforspecifiedtimesduringacontractualperiod.Thesemi-permanentIPCisestablishedbymanagementcontrolwithorwithoutuseractivations.InthisInternationalStandard,thesemi-permanentIPCestablishedbymanagementcontrolwithuseractivationisoutsidethescope.TheIVNcanbeadedicatedphysicallink,dedicatedtransmissionsystemoracrossconnectsystem,orsemi-permanentconnectionsystem.IVNswhichincludeinversemulitlexertechniques(e.g.channelaggregationinaccordancewithISO/IEC13871)arecoveredbythisInternationalStandardsofarastheysupportoneoftheinterfaceslistedabove.ThisInternationalStandardalsospecifiesmappinginformation.AtbothsidesofthePINX,mappinginformationisrequiredtoadministerthescenarios.ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletoPINXswhichcanbeinterconnectedtoformaPrivateIntegratedServicesNetwork(PISN)andwhichsupportsignallingprotocolsattheQreferencepoint.

Scope:This SAE Surface Vehicle Recommended Practice deals with electrostatic charge phenomena that may occur in automotive fuel systems and applies to the following:鈥uels that are in a liquid state at ambient temperatures and atmospheric pressures and are contained in vehicle fuel tanks that operate at or near atmospheric pressure.
