【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesthetechnicalrequirementstominimisethehazardslistedinClause4whichcanariseduringthecommissioning,operationandmaintenanceofairstartequipmentwhencarriedoutinaccordancewiththespecificationsgivenbythemanufacturerorhisauthorisedrepresentative.Italsotakesintoaccountsomeperformancerequirementsrecognisedasessentialbyauthorities,aircraftandgroundsupportequipment(GSE)manufacturersaswellasaidinesandhandlingagencies.ThisEuropeanStandardappliestothefollowingtypesofairstartequipmentusedforcivilaircraft:--storedairsystemswithoutcompressors;--mobiledieselpoweredairstartunits;--mobileturbinepoweredairstartunits;--airdeliverysystemsoframporpassengerboardingbridges,asdefinedinClause3(ExamplesseeAnnexA).ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotestablishrequirementsforthepressurevesselsincludedintheairstartequipment.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotestablishrequirementsfornoiseandvibration.NoiseandvibrationaredealtwithrespectivelyinEN1915-4andEN1915-3.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotdealwithhazardsinrespecttoastandardautomotivechassisandfromothervehiclesontheapron.ThisPartofEN12312isnotapplicabletoairstartequipmentwhichismanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisEuropeanStandardbyCEN.ThispartofEN12312isintendedtobeusedinconjunctionwithEN1915-1,EN1915-2,EN1915-3(forvehicles)andEN1915-4.
