【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoversbareconcentric-lay-strandedconductorsmadefromroundcopperwires,eitheruncoatedorcoatedwithtin,lead,orleadalloyforgeneraluseforelectricalpurposes.Theseconductorsshallbeconstructedwithacentralcoresurroundedbyoneormorelayersofhelicallylaidwires.Note18212;Thisspecificationalsopermitsconductorsforuseascoveredorinsulatedelectricalconductors.Note28212;Sealedconductors,thatareintendedtopreventlongitudinalwaterpropagationandarefurthercovered/insulated,arealsopermittedwithintheguidelinesofthisspecification.1.2Forthepurposesofthisspecification,conductorsareclassifiedasfollows(ExplanatoryNote1andNote2):1.2.1ClassAA8212;Forbareconductorsusuallyusedinoverheadlines.1.2.2ClassA8212;Forconductorstobecoveredwithweather-resistant(weather-proof),slow-burningmaterials,andforbareconductorswheregreaterflexibilitythanisaffordedbyClassAAisrequired.1.2.3ClassB8212;Forconductorstobeinsulatedwithvariousmaterialssuchasrubber,paper,varnishedcloth,andsoforth,andfortheconductorsindicatedunderClassAwheregreaterflexibilityisrequired.1.2.4ClassCandClassD8212;ForconductorswheregreaterflexibilityisrequiredthanisprovidedbyClassBconductors.1.3TheSIvaluesfordensityareregardedasthestandard.Forallotherproperties,theinch-poundvaluesaretoberegardedasstandardandtheSIunitsmaybeapproximate.
